Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
You have the right to exchange ordered items within 14 days of receiving them.
Please note that LA MILLA's collection is very limited and exchange items are subject to availability. For this reason it is important to follow these guidelines:
1. Send us an e-mail at email@example.com informing us about your decision to exchange your items. In the title of the message always indicate your order number.
We will do our best to make this process as fast and as pleasant as possible!
Please note that the items you want to exchange, must be returned in a perfect and fully resalable condition. As in the case of returns - once we receive the parcel, we will investigate all products. LA MILLA reserves the right to refuse an exchange on items deemed not to be resalable or clearly used before returning.
We may apply a shipping fee on exchanges.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
In order to do so, please follow these guidelines:
2. Prepare the items for the next travel. Pack them carefully, so they will reach us in a perfect conditions.
- If possible, please use the same LA MILLA box in which you have received the products;
- Please include your dispatch note marked with the items being returned. This will enable us to identify your order and send the email confirmation that your parcel has been received;
- Close the box with an adhesive tape;
- Remove old recipient's address and any other stickers;
- Place/stick a new address in a visible place.

4. Feel free to choose any courier company or postal services to deliver the parcel back to LA MILLA.
5. Always obtain a proof of postage or receipt when returning items.
LA MILLA is not responsible for items that fail to reach us. Items that fail to reach LA MILLA back will not be reimbursed.
6. All items must be returned in a perfect, fully resalable condition. They should be unused, with labels attached, and if possible in the original packaging.
LA MILLA reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable or clearly used before returning (soiled, stained etc.).

Once we receive your parcel, investigate the returned items and approve the reimbursement, we will immediately submit the refund.
Even though our refunds are submitted immediately, usually it takes banks 5 to 10 business days to process them. Processing time can vary between banks.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
